Location is just opposite train/bus station, excellent for travellers with no car, excellent for travellers catching bus to ski resorts that need overnight stay. Can catch bus to see Snow Monkeys from across the road instead of doing organised tour which is obviously much cheaper option. Appropriate size room for price Coffee and tea making facilities in room Also able to walk to temple from location. Able to store luggage Good value for money

Very easy to get to, clean, the staff were lovely and cordial, and I cannot stress this enough, the location was perfect.

Clean room, staff very friendly. Opposite the train station.

Right in front of Nagano station. Very convenient location for a late check-in.
